Presenting the 80 t-shirts to the committee in Lusaka NACL Public Relations Manager, Mr. Geoffrey Chipolyonga said the corporation felt duty bound to donate to Kuomboka as part of its corporate social responsibility. Mr. Chipolyonga said traditional ceremonies were an important platform for Zambia to market its rich cultural heritage. Mr. Chipolyonga explained that NACL spends about K30 million every year to support various cultural ceremonies throughout the country. Receiving the t-shirts, vice chairman of the Kuomboka-Kufuluhela Lusaka fundraising committee, Irene Muyenga disclosed that her committee had raised its targeted k500 million budget for the ceremony.
