It is important for pilots to be familiar with the airspace in which they will be flying. In line with the Corporation’s mission statement which reads in part “…to meet the stakeholders’ requirements...”, AIS provides flight briefing to pilots and avails Notice to Airmen (NOTAM) which are in three (3) series.

The series are Alpha (A) for International Airports and general Flight Information Region. Series Bravo (B) is for provincial aerodromes and series Charlie (C) is for the other smaller aerodromes and airstrips.
